Urenco FatTable – Interactieve plattegrond
Mijn bijdrage bestond uit het ontwerpen van een gestileerde, isometrische weergave van het Urenco-terrein. De graphic is volledig gebaseerd op online luchtfoto’s, die ik heb vertaald naar een overzichtelijke, heldere visual in lijn met de uitstraling van het bezoekerscentrum. Op het scherm konden verschillende gebouwen worden uitgelicht, waarbij extra informatie over de functies en processen binnen het terrein werd getoond.
Voor het bezoekerscentrum van Urenco in Almelo ontwikkelde 100%FAT een interactieve FatTable: een touchtafel met objectherkenning. Bezoekers kunnen hiermee op intuïtieve wijze informatie ontdekken over de werkzaamheden van Urenco.
For the visitor center of Urenco in Almelo, 100%FAT developed an interactive FatTable: a touch table with object recognition. Visitors can intuitively explore information about Urenco’s operations through this interface.
My contribution was designing a stylized, isometric representation of the Urenco site. The graphic was entirely based on online aerial photographs, which I translated into a clear and well-structured visual aligned with the look and feel of the visitor center. On the screen, various buildings could be highlighted, revealing additional information about their functions and the processes taking place on site.
