An imposing AI commands you to obey its obsessive, particular orders. Will you listen or will you anger the machine mind? Will you be its friend?

During the Global Game Jam this year, Firedroid teamed up with Heinze Havinga and Maarten Bonder. The goal of the Global Game Jam is to make a game in less than 48 hours. We made Friend()? in about 25 – 28 hours. This year’s theme was ‘Rituals’. We decided to make a game in which an talkative Artificial Intelligence has certain rituals that the player should perform, or not.

Mariecke Kouwenberg and myself have designed the game and made the graphics and animations for the game.
